On June 23, Astana hosted the first regular football tournament among public officials and employees of the quasi-public companies - QAZAQSTAN QYZMET CUP (night league).

The QAZAQSTAN QYZMET CUP tournament has been launched with the initiative of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption and the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The opening ceremony was attended by the KFF General Secretary Azamat Aitkhozhin.

20 teams take part in the first mini-football championship among public officials. In addition to teams of all ministries and departments, there are football teams of the Administration of the President of Kazakhstan, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption and the National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna.

The matches of the starting tournament will be held on Tuesday and Thursday (evening time) at the stadium "Astana Arena". Each team will play 2-3 matches a week with one of their rivals in one round format.

According to plans for 2019, similar tournaments will be held in Almaty and all regional centers - it is planed to organize 15 teams from each region. In Almaty, the Night League, as in Astana, will include 20 teams participants. The winners of these regional tournaments will play in four conferences (Soltustik, Batys, Shykys and Ottystik).

The teams that win these matches will play in the final of the Kazakhstan Supercup. Thus, the tournament will cover all regions and provide the opportunity to win in different categories of the Night League for football lovers in Kazakhstan. According to the organizers' opinion, with the implementation of this model of the Night League, it will cover more than 6 thousand state employees of the country, which will be part of more than 200 teams.

"QAZAQSTAN QYZMET CUP" is the first step for Kazakhstani public officials who regularly play football to do their best in the international arena.
