"Coca-Cola" Will Support Project "Football Lesson"

On September 6, with the initiative of the Kazakhstan Football Federation (KFF), a tripartite meeting was held in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the project "Football Lesson at School".

The event was attended by Minister Yerlan Sagadiyev, General Director of ''Coca-Cola Almaty Bottlers'' Ahmed Kurshad Ertin, Director for Corporate and Regular Relations of Coca-Cola Company Alima Isembayeva, CIF Presidential Adviser Seilda Baishakov, Director of Children's and Youth Football Department Igor Utrobin, as well as Sadyk Mustafayev, General Director of the National Scientific Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As a result of the meeting, the compony Coca-Cola has agreed to support the project "Football Lesson" at school. Since 2006 the KFF has been a partner of the company and annually, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holds the national tournament among schoolchildren ''Coca-Cola Bulgary Dop''. The social activities of the Coca-Cola company are fully in line with the implementation of the project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of KFK and the Football Lesson at School.

Ahmed Ertin proposed, during the school year, to provide schools with balls, in the amount of 10,000. The Republican tournament "Coca-Cola Bulgary Dop" will be held, as before, but among the older category of pupils.

The Minister expressed his satisfaction with the meeting and hope for further cooperation for the benefit of the physical development of schoolchildren through the involvement of the younger generation in sports, as well as the popularization of football among the population at schools.
