"Zolotaya Osen" Regional Tournament Completed in Semey

As part of the UEFA Grassroots Week in Semey, the regional tournament “Zolotaya Osen” among boys, born in 2007, took place.

12 teams from Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Ridder, Shemonaiha and Pavlodar took part in the competition. The ''Cementnik'' team (Semey)won the tournament, beaten the Irtysh sports school team (Pavlodar) in the final match with a score of 2:0. The third place took the team of FC Altai -1 (Ust-Kamenogorsk).

The top defender - Nikita Proshin (Sports School "Irtysh", Pavlodar)

The top midfielder - Mohammed Omargazy (Cementnik, Semey)

The top forward - Roman Bragin (“Altai” -1, Ust-Kamenogorsk)

The top player is Alizhan Baygaliyev (Cementnik, Semey)

As part of the tournament, a festival of football competitions was held. The head of the city department of physical culture and sports at the Semey Akimat Murat Kurzhikayev, President of the Semey Football Association Alexander Borisov, football veterans - Ravil Abduvaliev, Alexander Kuzmin, Vladislav Pleskachev gave awards and prizes to the young footballers. Also the participants visited the Kazakhstan Football Museum.
