Kaysar Arena Awarded UEFA Category 4 Status

Earlier this April, UEFA Stadium Infrastructure Expert Scott Struthers conducted an inspection visit to Kaysar Arena in Kyzylorda. During the visit, he carried out a comprehensive assessment of the venue, evaluating its compliance with the UEFA Stadium Infrastructure Regulations.

Following the inspection and a review of the submitted reports, UEFA awarded Kaysar Arena Category 4 status. The stadium is now fully eligible to host top-level international matches, including Kazakhstan national team fixtures in the UEFA European Qualifiers and the UEFA Nations League, as well as qualifying and league phase matches in the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League. The achievement marks a significant milestone in the development of sports infrastructure in the Kyzylorda Region and further expands the number of venues in Kazakhstan capable of hosting international football.
