Marat Omarov: “Batyr Joly” Sets Unified Direction for Kazakhstan Football
“Football is evolving rapidly. New technologies are being introduced, and the demands of the game continue to change. If we look at the countries that have achieved success on the world stage, they all share one common characteristic – each has developed its own national style of play.
“For the first time, we have developed a unified project, Batyr Joly, bringing together every level of the game, from grassroots football to the national teams. This methodology assesses players not only on their technical, tactical and physical qualities.
“For us, what matters most is a player's ability to make the right decisions under pressure, the strength of their character, their sense of responsibility and their willingness to fight selflessly for the team. A player's true character is revealed not in the easiest moments, but in the most challenging ones. Football is not about the efforts of one individual, but of the entire team. I believe the future of Kazakhstan football will be built on unity and collective effort,” said Marat Omarov.
