One of the greatest players in the history of Kazakhstani football, President of the Union of Football Veterans of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Advisor to the President of the Kazakhstan Football Federation Seilda Baishakov, passed away at the age of 73.

Seilda Ikramovich Baishakov was a master of sports of the USSR, a master of sports of international class, an honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For many years, being a footballer, he was the captain of the Almaty FC "Kairat". He played for the USSR national team.

Seilda Baishakov was the greatest example for the younger generation, who invested huge efforts in the development of domestic football.

The Kazakhstan Football Federation express their sincere condolences to his family and friends. His memory will forever remain in our hearts and the hearts of our fans.
