Coach
- Create opportunities to play at the level of mass football for participants of different ages, genders, backgrounds and abilities: children, teenagers, adults, veterans, people with disabilities and other target groups among amateurs
- Instill a desire to play football and stay involved in this sport throughout your life
Match
- Plan and conduct games in different formats with an emphasis on fun and development
- Use the game as a tool that contributes to the personal and football development of players
- Train the team properly
- Evaluate the results of individual players and the entire team during matches

- Maintain a positive motivational climate
- To work with individual players and the whole team, while understanding how the training plan affects performance
- Develop training sessions with a focus on the game in terms of opponents, pressure and intensity
