The course is for coaches who have been trained in the category "A" by UEFA. The course is aimed at training the head coaches of the 1st and Premier League teams, coaches of the youth and National teams

Criteria for admission to the course

The candidate must have a valid UEFA Category A license

Coaching experience at the appropriate level, at least one year after successful completion of training for the UEFA A license

During the course, the candidate must have the opportunity to practice as a coach

What is taught in our course

Coach

  • Work as a head coach of the main staff of a professional club and in some cases act as a member of the coaching staff at a professional level
  • Work closely with and manage the coaching staff and multidisciplinary staff
  • Participate in the development and application of the technical policy and philosophy of the club
  • Contribute to the general policy of the club

Match

  • Prepare the team for professional level matches and engage in coaching during such matches
  • Use the game to develop each player and the team as a whole, while creating a team spirit and a winning attitude
  • Prepare a match plan in accordance with the club philosophy of the game and taking into account the characteristics of the opposing team
  • Analyze matches in order to evaluate and further train players and the team

Training process

  • Prepare and conduct training at a professional level
  • Work with individual players and the entire team, while understanding how the training plan affects performance at a professional level
  • Develop training sessions with a focus on the game in terms of opponents, pressure and intensity
  • Make a seasonal plan of team tactics and physical training in accordance with the competition schedule

Player and team

  • Plan, implement and support the development of each player, while taking into account the players own goals and observing the technical policy of the club
  • Guide and support players by helping them take responsibility for their own development and involving them in this process (stimulate self-control)
  • Manage all aspects of team performance
  • Form a winning attitude and a culture of striving for results
