Work Experience:
From 2012 to 2014 – Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, and subsequently – Economy and Budget Planning, National Economy.
From 2014 to 2016 – Deputy Director of the Department for Formation of Tariff and Institutional Policy of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2016 to 2017 – Managing Director of Kazakhtelecom JSC.
From 2017 to 2019 – Chairman of the Board of JSC National Agency for Technological Development, after transformation – Chairman of the Board of JSC «QazTech Ventures» (part of the structure of «NMH «Baiterek» JSC).
From 2019 to October 2020 – Managing Director – Member of the Management Board of «NMH «Baiterek» JSC. Member of the Board of Directors of JSC «Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan», JSC «Kazyna Capital Management», JSC «Development Bank of Kazakhstan».
