Together with around 80 referee observers from across Europe, Kazakhstan representatives have worked around the main refereeing topics.
The criteria that must be used to assess handballs, challenges, disciplinary punishments and others, together with the correct refereeing marking system were the main topics in this Seminar.
The common referees’ assessment in all UEFA member associations is a concern for UEFA Refereeing Committee, and these seminars are used to bring more uniformity in this evaluation and assessment.
