                                   Republican Tournament "Zhastar" among youth teams of FC and Academies

The main goals and objectives of the republican tournament "Zhastar" among the youth teams of the FC and the Academies are:

- children's and youth football development in Kazakhstan

- implementation of a quality training process for players of youth teams of football clubs

- reserve for the Kazakhstan national teams;

- training and education of professional football players and their training for the main regional team, as well as for other Kazakhstani football clubs;

- determination of winners and prize-winners of the tournament.

The Republican tournament "Zhastar" is traditionally held in the city of Shymkent in winter (February). The competition consists of the preliminary and final stages. The participation in the tournament is mandatory for the teams of Premier League and First League clubs, youth teams of the FC and Academies, for players not older than 2006.
