Coaching experience of at least one year after successful completion of training for a license B UEFA

What is taught in our course
Coach
- To work mainly as a head coach of teams of the highest amateur level and in some cases to act as a member of the coaching staff at the professional level
- Work closely with the coaching staff and technical staff
- Ensure the right balance between the football, professional and personal lives of the players
Match
- Prepare the team for the matches of the highest amateur level and engage in coaching during such matches
- Use the game to develop each player and the team as a whole, while maintaining the team spirit and creating the mood for victory
- Analyze matches in order to evaluate and further train individual players and the team as a whole
Training process
- Prepare and conduct individual and team trainings at the highest level amateur level
- Work with individual players and the whole team, while understanding how the training plan affects performance
- Develop training sessions with a focus on the game in terms of opponents, pressure and intensity
- Plan, conduct and analyze training sessions in accordance with the coaching philosophy of the club
Player and team
- Plan, implement and support the development of each player, while taking into account the players own goals and observing the technical policy of the club
- Work on team development in cooperation with the entire technical staff (i.e. personnel responsible for technical support, medical care and performance)
- Manage all aspects of performance teams
