I want to congratulate all the Kazakhstanis and my players on the victory! Today they proved that they could play football well. They showed that if a team plays as one unified whole, it will able to win. For me, the result was not important, it was important to see what kind of football my players would play. We have the potential to develop. But we still have to work hard.

In the first 30 minutes we played well, set a high rhythm of the game, which we need, but then they got a bit tired, not so aggressive as in the beginning. I hope that our players will be able to fit more in the European Cup matches. Also I would like to say about the substitute players, they really tried to do their best - that means we have competition in the team.

For a long time, Kazakhstan did not win with a score of 3:0. This victory is good motivation for the future success of the team. But you shouldn’t think that all the problems in Kazakhstan football are solved. In any case it is necessary to work, clubs should develop their players. We must try to play all 90 minutes, as we did the first 30 today.

- In the last matches of the FC "Astana" Yuriy Logvinenko has played as a defensive midfielder. Today, he also has played at this position. Can you say that he re-qualified?

- No, he didn't. Today I planned that 3-4 players will play for 45 minutes only. But after I saw that the team's actions were coordinated enough, I did not make substitutions during the break. Postnikov and Malyi also played well. I also wanted Kuat to give a rest. The position of Logvinenko is a central defender. You know that he had not played for three months, and after he played two games in the championship for four days. Today I decided to give him the opportunity to play him just one time, releasing it at the moment when the rhythm of the match fell. Logvinenko is not yet ready to play one hundred percent. We cannot risk other players, because The European Cups will start very soon and we will need the players in September.

- Today, the players have fought to restore their credibility. I have already said that the levels of Kazakhstan football players and clubs, especially "Kairat" and "Astana", do not correspond to the place they have in the FIFA Ranking. Players respect themselves. They also want to win. Previously, Kazakhstan won some games, some lost, but they could see the quality, and they felt a team spirit. If the players do not adjust themselves, I cannot motivate them all the time. We give the opportunity to gain confidence, we are forced to work. Each player who is looking forward to progressing and fight for Kazakhstan will be recalled to the national team.
