North Kazakhstan Region Hosts the UEFA Grassroots Week

As part of the UEFA Grassroots Week, with the support of the Football Federation of the North-Kazakhstan region, the competitions for children of 2010 and 2011 year born were held in Petropavlovsk.

Seven teams took part in the tournament. Following the results of 6 rounds the team "Kyzyl-Zhar" became the winner, the football team of the private school of football "Avangard" took the second place and  "Junior" took the third place.

The awarding ceremony was attended by Daniyar Zhuldaspaev, Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Petropavlovsk City Administration, Feodor Siminidi, Technical Director of FC "Kyzyl-Zhar SK", players of the Petropavlovsk team Timur Muldinov and Momodu Sissay.

The teams that took the 4th to the 7th places were awarded with diplomas. The winners were awarded with medals and cups. The Kazakhstan Football Federation gave balls to each team.
