Official Statement From the Kazakhstan Football Federation:

The Kazakhstan Football Federation (hereinafter KFF) reports that membership in the International Football Federation (FIFA) obliges the national association and football entities to comply with the Regulations.

KFF, taking into account the achievements of FC ''Aktobe'' in the international and domestic arena, trying to resolve the current situation without prejudice to the Championship, the players and the football community, has repeatedly notified the club about the need for strict observance of the FIFA and KFF regulations, as well as on the obligation to repay the outstanding debts to the players.

FC ''Aktobe'' has been repeatedly warned that non-complience of the decisions of the legal bodies of FIFA and KFF, more serious sanctions may be applied to the club.

Currently, the trial relating to the club, is contrary to the requirements of the above documents.
