Kazakhstan WU-17 got in Group B1
Group B1: Northern Ireland, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro
The six group winners and the best runner-up from League B (not counting results against fourth-placed teams) will be promoted to League A for round 1 of the next edition.
WU-19 team will play in Group 3. The matches will be played from 1 to 7 April in Malta.
Group B3: Kosovo, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Malta
