- Congratulations on your appointment! What are the goals for the national team and will there be changes in tactical formations?
- Thank you for the congratulations and support! I thank the KFF President for entrusting this post to a national specialist. In a conversation with him I heard that we need youth, dynamics, aggression. That football, which we want to show today, is associated with the rejuvenation of the squad, with a more aggressive and mobile team. In this regard. I hope we will not let the fans down, we will not let down the choice of our president. As for tactics - here everything depends on physical fitness of the players. Today, we have three good central defenders, we should start from this and do our best. Alip, Kasym, also Marochkin and Zhaksybaev. Everything depends on their condition.
- Who will deal with analytics in your staff?
- We have formed the staff based on the fact that Yeldos Akhmetov has already been in the national team, he knows the guys. This is a very important point. Nurbol Zhumaskaliev had a very good way in the national team, especially as an assistant in the youth team. He knows those whom we will introduce into the national team. Today our youth will be competitive, we will use the resources of their physical condition. We will try to develop them to see that we have new Chesnokovs, the same Usenov. We asked to make a seven-day training camp in Turkey with players who have never been called up to the national team. - I know him well, I worked with him. The fans saw great benefit from him. Unfortunately, he chose a path that made it difficult for him (to play for the national team).
