Bulat Sariyev has been appointed as the fourth official, which will allow him to gain valuable experience at the international level.

The first match with the participation of the Kazakhstani referee will take place on the night of 12-13 June: the match between Finland and the Netherlands kicks off at 00:00 (Kazakhstan time).

In addition, on behalf of UEFA to the tournament, the head of the KFF Refereeing Department Nuno Alexandre Parreira de Castro has been appointed as official observer, assessing the work of refereeing teams at matches.
