Stanimir Stoilov: "I believe that our team will do their best"
- Mr. Stoilov, there is only one day left before the match. What do you think about attitude and mood of your team for the tomorrow's game?
- I think that we should play for the Kazakhstan national team at the beginning of the new tournament only in the good mood. I hope that the UEFA Nations League will become a real football festival. I believe that our team will do their best. I know that under such huge pressure there can be some difficulties, but hope the guys will be able to sort them out. I've already said that our current skills are higher than previous ones. The last three games showed that we stepped forward. We should go on. Even if the result does not suit us, the team's behavior on the field and their attack will remain stable. Of course, we hope for a good result. I have already said that the Kazakhstan team is able to play stronger. I hope that the fans will support us.
- You have said more than once that it is important for you that players get a practice game in their clubs, starting with Logvinenko, ending with Zainutdinov. What can you say about this situation?
- We know this problem, I mentioned this. There was a week to get practise, we played two-sides games. I believe that when the players go to the pitch in the national team's T-shirt and surrounded by a full stadium, it will motivate them and will give additional strength. I know that Logvinenko and others are not in the best fit. But those who come out on the field have to do their best - show their discipline, desire, will, professionalism - everything that is necessary for victory. We have individual problems, but they can be solved through organization and team actions. These are questions that you need to think about earlier.
- Did the leadership of the Federation set up goals for the team? What football do you plan to play tomorrow?
- There was an informal dinner with General Secretary Azamat Aitkhozhin. We have goals and they are all so obvious. The favorite of our group is Georgia, the second is Latvia, and we are in third place. Now all my thoughts are about fighting for the first place. But the main thing is to please our fans with our game. We will play in an organized way and fight for the country.
- Will the fact that you have already acquainted with Vladimir Weiss help you to beat him tactically tomorrow?
- I'm glad to see Mr. Weiss. He is a good specialist, and the teams that he coached proved that. Tomorrow we are looking forward to a beautiful game. It is important and necessary to oppose the strongest rivals, but it is more important to adjust your game so that the rivals may have difficulties. Football players in Kazakhstan can not be called outsiders. We must believe. Our team, I think, is ready for any combinations and strategy of the rivals.
- Could you give a readiness assessment of Yerkebulan Seydakhmet?
- Someone is ready for one hundred percent, someone did not. The most part of his practice is the national team, in Ufa he has played only one full match, so I can not say that he is completely ready. He has great potential to grow into a strong player and to help the team.
