Documentary Film About Georgian Football
This video story of Georgian football was recognized as the best documentary film of the Milan International Festival of Sports Movies and the Tashkent International Festival "Sports in Cinema and Television." The film uses unique archive video and photo materials of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century.
The organizers of the friendly show are Kazakhstan Football Federation (KFF), Kazakhstan Sports Press Association (ASPC), in conjuction with the Association of Sports Journalists of Georgia and the QAZSPORT TV channel.
The event was attended by: heads of both football federations - Kazakhstan and Georgia, veterans of football of Kazakhstan and sports journalists of Kazakhstan and Georgia. Also, the preview was attended by football legends of two countries - Seilda Baishakov and Alexander Chivadze, who greeted the audience and wished everyone pleasant viewing.
Besides, representatives of the Georgian Embassy in Kazakhstan and the Georgian diaspora in Kazakhstan, Georgian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Zurab Abashidze, senior advisors Revaz Sakvarelidze and Nikoloz Iashvili, Georgia Consul Bidzina Gvachliani, financial manager Roin Kochorashvili, Honorary Consul of Georgia in Akmola region Shalva Jahutashvili, Embassy employee Giorgi Abashidze, chairman of the Georgian diaspora in Astana Zviad Abhazava, member of the Georgian diaspora Grigory Dzhakhutashvili attended the event.
The co-author was Tengiz Pachkoria, the vice-president of the Association of Sports Journalists of Georgia, and his Georgian colleagues also viewed the profits.
At the end of the event, journalists had the opportunity to ask their questions to the organizers and informally communicate with the show participants.
