Stanimir Stoilov: "Tomorrow we will have a hard-fought match"

10 September 2018, 00:20
The head coach of the Kazakhstan national team Stanimir Stoilov answered the questions of journalists at the pre-match press conference.

- Could you tell us about the preparations for your next game?

- The last 2-3 days after the defeat were difficult for the team. Now we are ready for the match against Andorra. Tomorrow we will face with a hard game with the team, which surprised me with their compact football in the first match against Latvia (the game ended with 0:0).

- The captain of the Kazakhstan national team Dmitry Shomko said in his interview that there was a specific goal - to score three points in the match with Andorra. How it could be possible to achieve?

- Tomorrow, we will play as usual. Nothing will be changed. We will play equally organized both in attack and in defense. The only thing - we need to play more confidently in the final phase of the attack. We will try our best to win the game.

- What exactly surprised you in the match Andorra vs Latvia?

- Most of all, the organization of the Andorra national team. The players have a great desire and impact. They showed good football.

- What football do you expect from Andorra tomorrow?

- Their team has grown for the last few years. I think they will try to attack to score a goal. But it all depends on our team -  how we will play.

- Kazakhstan team arrived in Andorra three days ago. The climate is different, what could you say about acclimatization. It is also interesting to know your opinion on the artificial turf in the stadium, where the game will take place. Can these factors put a crimp into our tomorrows game?

- Andorra is a good country for us. We will not have any problems with acclimatization. For such a small country the stadium is also good, the only one thing - the field, I think it is bad.
