UEFA Grassroots Week Kicks Off in Kazakhstan

The UEFA Grassroots Week promotes football everywhere. This event takes place during the European Week of Sport to motivate and inspire people to do sports and play football.

Each country that is a member of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has experience in organizing the UEFA Grassroots Week. This project was a real event for football lovers worldwide.

Throughout the week, football events, tournaments among schoolchildren of different age groups will be held in the regions of our country, to encourage children and youth to the healthy lifestyle.

This event has already started in the Aktobe region. Today, the school Spartakiad among girls was opened at school №15 in Aktobe. A football quiz contest was held at school №35.
