KFF President meets with coaches of Kazakhstan national teams

The meeting took place in the office of the Kazakhstan Football Federation.

The meeting was also attended by the KFF President Adlet Barmenkulov, Director of the KFF National Teams Department Gani Kainazarov and Technical Director Rafael Gharibyan.

The head of the federation congratulated the head coach of the Kazakhstan futsal team Ricardo Kaka on the team's entry into the elite round of the 2024 FIFA World Cup qualification. Adlet Barmenkulov also thanked Alexander Kuznetsov, head coach of the Kazakhstan U-17 team, for his successful performance at the international tournament "Development Cup", with the silver medals of the tournament.

During the meeting a number of changes were adopted. Alexander Kuznetsov has been appointed as head coach of the Kazakhstan U-19 team. Moreover, the specialist will be the coordinator for regulating the work on the block of all youthful ages.

Marat Yeslyamov has been appointed as head coach of the Kazakhstan U-17 team. When he was a football player, he used to played for ''Namys'', ''Okzhetpes'' and ''Khimik''. In 2021, Marat Yeslyamov headed FC ''Aksu'' and led the team to the gold medals of the First League. Under his leadership, the Pavlodar team entered the Premier League for the first time in its three-year history. In 2022, he worked as the head coach of FC ''Kaisar'' and led the team to the Premier League, winning the silver medals of the First League. Also, the specialist had worked for a long time in the coaching staff of the Kazakhstan national team.

Some changes have also taken place in the women's national teams. Russian specialist Alexander Semyonov has been appointed as a new head coach of the Kazakhstan women's team. Over the years, He coached ''Aurora'' (Russia), ''Ladenso'', ''Aland'', ''Kakkonene'' (all from Finland). Currently, the part-time specialist is the head coach of the WFC "BIIK-Shymkent".

Aitpai Dzhamantaev, who previously coached women's national team, will be the curator for the selection work of the women's national team of Kazakhstan U-19. Aitpai Dzhamantaev has been working in women's football for many years. 

Maria Yalova, the best scorer in the history of the Kazakhstan women's national team has been appointed as new coach of the women's U-17 team. When she was a player, she used to play for ''Alma-KTZh'', ''SSHVSM-Barys'', ''BIIK'', Astana, ''Universitet'' (Belarus) and ''Kubanochka'' (Russia). Maria Yalova has coaching experience in the women's team of FC ''Kairat''. Last season, the Almaty team led by Maria Yalova became the champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan among girls' teams (born in 2005-2006)

Summing up the meeting, Adlet Barmenkulov congratulated the new coaches of the national teams on their appointments and wished success to all teams in the upcoming football season. The President also noted the importance of holding meetings with all coaches of national teams on a regular basis.
