Gianni Infantino visits the children's tournament

During the working visit to Kazakhstan, the FIFA President Gianni Infantino took part in the opening of the children's tournament among private schools and academies "JKFL".

The opening of the new JKFL season among private schools and academies in Astana took place at the Astana Arena stadium, which was attended by FIFA President Gianni Infantino and KFF President Adlet Barmenkulov. Mr. Infantino emphasized the importance of such tournaments for the development of football.

The first JKFL Football League among private schools and academies was held in 2021 at the initiative of the Kazakhstan Football Federation. More than 300 teams (over 5,000 children) took part in the last season of the JKFL, which indicates a growing interest in football among children.
