Olzhas Abrayev is the first vice-president of the Kazakhstan Football Federation. Since 2013, he has been a UEFA match delegate, and since 2016, a FIFA match commissioner. Over the years, he was a member of UEFA committees, such as the Futsal and Beach Football Committee, and the Marketing Advisory Committee. He is currently a member of the UEFA Committee on Player Status, Transfers and Match Agents.
