Project ALAŇ: 3 more new fields to be completed next week

As part of the project, three more renovated fields will be put into operation in the Qyzylorda, Akmola and Karaganda regions next week. Currently, renovation has already been carried out at 10 stadiums in the republic (the cities of Almaty, Shymkent, Aktobe, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Zhezkazgan, Petropavl, Balkhash, Ayagoz, Aksu and the village of Balpyk bi (Zhetysu region).

On November 5, the renovated reserve field at the G.Muratbayev Central stadium will be opened in Qyzylorda. On November 7, a new field at the Lokomotiv stadium will be opened in Atbasar, and on November 8, the new field at  the Sunkar stadium will be put into operation in Saran. Traditionally, a football festival will be organized in all events with the participation of regional leaders, the KFF representatives and local football players.

“I am sure that the opening of the renovated field will give a new impetus to those players who will represent Zhezkazgan football not only in Kazakhstan, but also at the international arena. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Kazakhstan Football Federation,” said Samat Smakov, ambassador of the ALAŇ project and former captain of the national football team, at the last opening ceremony of the renovated field at the Metallurg stadium in Zhezkazgan.

“The health of the nation is the basis of the country's well-being. The head of state previously noted the importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle and developing mass sports. In this regard, we are implementing our ALAŇ project, and already in 10 regions children and everyone who wants to play football on high-quality and safe fields, and various competitions are held. Our task is to create conditions for the development of grassroots football," the KFF president Adlet Barmenkulov added.
