UEFA President arrives in Kazakhstan on official visit

On 24 April, President of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Aleksander Čeferin arrived in Astana

As part of the visit, a visit to the office of the Kazakhstan Football Federation is planned. During the stay, Aleksander Čeferin is expected to get acquainted with the activities of the federation, infrastructure facilities and to discuss a number of important issues.

The previous meeting of Aleksander Ceferin and Marat Omarov held in February this year at the headquarters of UEFA in Nyon. The parties discussed the prospects for the development of Kazakhstan football and outlined areas for further co-operation.

Aleksander Čeferin's current visit underlines the high dynamics of bilateral cooperation and contributes to strengthening the partnership between UEFA and the Kazakhstan Football Federation.
