Extraordinary XXVIII Conference of Kazakhstan Football Federation held in Astana

The Conference was attended by delegates from regional federations, KFF members, representatives of FIFA Marco Ferri and UEFA Josef Clement, as well as the Chairman of the Committee of Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ruslan Esenalin and General Secretary of the NOC Alimzhan Akayev.

The agenda included key issues related to improving the organisational and statutory structure of the KFF. In particular, amendments and additions to the Charter of the Federation were considered and approved, as well as new KFF members were approved.

Part of the changes was due to the withdrawal of the UCL ''Association “Professional Football League of Kazakhstan” rights to hold competitions and the suspension of its powers as a member of the KFF. In accordance with the updated statutory provisions, the President of the PFLK lost the right to be an ex-officio member of the KFF Executive Committee.

The conference also adopted a decision to expel a number of KFF member organisations that had committed violations of the Charter.

On the basis of paragraph 66 of the KFF Charter it was decided to early termination of powers of the following members of the Executive Committee:

Talgat Azhdarovich Kosmukhambetov

In accordance with the Charter of the KFF, the following members were elected to the KFF Executive Committee:
