Andrey Ferapontov appointed Acting Senior Coach of Kazakhstan U21

Andrey Ferapontov has been named acting senior coach of the Kazakhstan U-21 team.

The 50-year-old specialist will lead the team in two November UEFA European Under-21 Championship 2027 qualifying matches — against Slovakia on 13 November and Moldova on 17 November.

In addition to his experience in club football, Andrey Ferapontov has previously worked with Kazakhstan U19 and U17 teams, as assistant to the senior coach.

The Kazakhstan Football Federation wishes Andrey Svyatoslavovich Ferapontov every success in the upcoming U21 European Championship qualifying matches.
