UEFA Experts to Inspect Stadiums in Semey and Kyzylorda

As part of efforts to align sports infrastructure in Kazakhstan with international standards, UEFA experts will carry out inspection visits.

An inspection of the Spartak Stadium in Semey is scheduled for 19 April 2026, while the Kaysar Arena in Kyzylorda will be inspected on 21–22 April.

During the visits, an assessment will be carried out to evaluate the venues’ compliance with the UEFA Stadium Infrastructure Regulations (2025 edition). Based on the results of the inspections, the stadiums may be assigned an appropriate international category, allowing them to host official UEFA competitions in the future.

These inspections represent an important step in the development of football infrastructure by the Kazakhstan Football Federation and are aimed at expanding the country’s capacity to host international competitions.
