Aleksandr Familtsev Appointed Head Coach of Kazakhstan U19 Team

The 43-year-old Aleksandr Familtsev has been appointed as the head coach of the Kazakhstan U19 team. Igor Svechnikov and Rafael Urazbakhtin have been appointed as his assistants.

Aleksandr Familtsev played as a defender in such clubs as 'Irtysh' (Pavlodar), 'Lokomotiv' (Nizhny Novgorod, Russia), 'Access-Esil' (Petropavlovsk), 'Torpedo' (Moscow, Russia), 'Tom'' (Tomsk, Russia), 'Tobol' (Kostanay), 'Aktobe', Sakhalin (Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia). He also played 35 matches for the national team and scored one goal.

Recently, Mr. Familtsev worked in the coaching staff of the Russian FC 'Tom'.

Igor Svechnikov has been appointed as the assistant head coach, who previously was as a senior coach of the Kazakhstan U17 team. Mr. Svechnikov is an experienced specialist worked in such football clubs as 'Zhenis' (Astana), 'Zhetysu' (Taldykorgan), 'Okzhetpes' (Kokshetau), 'Astana' and 'Baiterek' (Astana).

Rafael Urazbakhtin has been appointed as the second assistant head coach. He played as a midfielder and striker for such football clubs 'Kaynar' (Taldykorgan), 'Kairat' (Almaty), 'Rostselmash' (Rostov-on-Don), 'Elimay' (Semipalatinsk), 'Aktobe-Lento' (Aktobe), 'Zhetysu' (Taldykorgan), 'Shakhtar' (Karagandy), 'Esil-Bogatyr' (Petropavlovsk), 'Qaisar' (Kyzylorda) and 'Vostok' (Ust-Kamenogorsk). He also played 12 matches for the national team and scored two goals.

In the past few years he worked as a coach in structure of the Almaty FC 'Kairat'.
