Project ALAÑ: New football field in Aksu
The grand opening was attended by the local akim Nurlan Duisenbinov, KFF president Adlet Barmenkulov and partners of the project. In addition, the project's ambassador, Kazakhstani head coach Stanislav Cherchesov held an open training session with autographs and gifts. About 200 students of the Aksu football center conduct their training at this stadium, and in the future, the local club will be able to hold matches of Kazakhstan tournaments.
“Today, our town is celebrating a sports festival – the renovation of the Dostyk stadium, which took place thanks to the support of the KFF. We now have a wonderful pitch. And our children now have a great opportunity to play football. I think that more than one generation of players who will play for the Kazakhstan national team will grow up on this football field,” Nurlan Duisenbinov said.
"In Aksu, they love football with all their hearts. I would like to emphasize the special attitude to football on the part of local executive bodies, public organizations and residents of the city. It is very important for us that football games and events are held on this field. At the same time, new fields will also appear in other regions of Kazakhstan," the KFF president Adlet Barmenkulov added.
As part of the ALAÑ project for 2023-2025, it is planned to renovate 20 football fields in the country. Previously, football fields were put into operation in Almaty, Shymkent, Aktobe, Petropavl, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Ayagoz and the Zhetysu region. The opening of the next fields is planned in the regions in the second half of October this year.
