KFF built new field in Qyzylorda

Another new field was commissioned as part of the ALAÑ project. Modernization works were completed at the G. Muratbaev Central Stadium in Kyzylorda.

The solemn opening ceremony of the renewed field was attended by representatives of the regional administration, the KFF leadership, the national football team, sports journalists and project partners. 

"In order to develop grassroots, we are building fields in the cities of Kazakhstan. We are glad that a new field has now appeared in Qyzylorda. This region has given the country a lot of talented footballers, and I am sure that here will still grow world-class players. Our task is to create conditions for children who will be engaged in football. I congratulate everyone!” said the KFF president Adlet Barmenkulov.

KFF project on renovation of football fields ALAÑ started in 2023. The 3-year project is supported by UEFA, and the general partner is the company 1XBET. The main goal is to improve the quality of sports infrastructure and developgrassroots in the country.

"In 2023-2024 in Qyzylorda region 15 sports facilities were put into operation, construction of a new stadium for 10 thousand spectators began. Indeed, we only benefit from the implementation of the ALAÑ project.The new field was built in just one month. We believe that future champions will play here, who will represent our country in future.We express our gratitude to the KFF president Adlet Barmenkulov and thanks to such support Kazakhstani sport will develop”, - said the deputy head of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of Kyzylorda region Zhiger Aiekeshov.

Let us remind you that within the framework of ALAÑ project for 2023-2025 it is planned to modernize 20 soccer fields in the country. Earlier 10 fields were put into operation in Almaty, Shymkent, Aktobe, Petropavlovsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Ayagoz, Aksu, Balkhash, Zhezkazgan and Zhetysu region.Zhetysu. Fields in Atbasar and Saran are also scheduled to open this week.
