Aktobe to Host the Central Match of the Women's Football Season

"On July 27 at 19:00, the key event of the women's football season will take place at the Koblandy Batyr Central Stadium — a match between FC Aktobe and BIIK-Shymkent."

BIIK-Shymkent is a multiple-time national champion and one of the most experienced Kazakhstani clubs in the UEFA Women’s Champions League. The team has regularly reached the tournament’s playoff rounds, securing major victories — including a historic win over FC Barcelona Femení.

Thanks to BIIK-Shymkent’s strong performances in European competition, Kazakhstan has earned two qualification spots for the UEFA Women’s Champions League.

This season, BIIK-Shymkent will face Polish club GKS Katowice in the second qualifying round of the tournament.
