UEFA “B” category course held at the KFF base in Talgar

The workshop was divided into two groups: from July 14 to 16 the first group was trained, and from July 17 to 19 the second group was trained.

The module topics focused on the Green Zone (M+) concept, a key element of which is the creation of a safe and motivating learning environment for players. Special attention was paid to the role of the coach as a supportive figure, creating an atmosphere of trust, respect and development.

Different aspects of effective communication, team management, individual approach to players, as well as the basics of psychology in the training process were discussed and practised during the course. The program also included analysis of classes, compilation of training microcycles, methods of individual development of players.

Kazakhstan Football Federation continues to implement programs of coaching education in accordance with European standards, contributing to the professional growth of professionals and the development of football infrastructure of the country.
