Kazakhstan Futsal Association names new president

The sports manager Nursultan Kurman has been appointed as the new president of the Kazakhstan Futsal Association.

In 2023-24, Nursultan Kurman served as the vice president of the Kazakhstan Futsal Association, where he was in charge of media strategy and communication. In January 2025, he was appointed as the advisor to the president of the Kazakhstan Football Federation. In addition, in May he joined the Executive Committee of the Federation as its member.

Nursultan Kurman is an experienced specialist in the sports sector. He has covered Kazakhstan's football and futsal championships, participated in the creation and development of special media projects, as well as in the organisation of national tournaments and the implementation of grassroots football initiatives.

Under his leadership, the Association intends to strengthen the institutional development of futsal, expand the location of competitions, increase the involvement of regions and media support of tournaments.

Talgat Kosmukhambetov will move to the position of Vice-President of the Futsal Association of Kazakhstan.
