KFF President Marat Omarov Meets with the Kazakhstan National Team

Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Wales and Belgium, KFF President Marat Omarov met with the players and coaching staff of the Kazakhstan national team.

During the meeting, the head of the federation assessed the players’ condition and the progress of the team’s preparations. He emphasized that football in Kazakhstan benefits from significant state support, with particular attention given to infrastructure development as the basis for long-term progress.

Marat Omarov wished the team success in the upcoming fixtures, noting that the support of millions of Kazakhstani fans will provide the national side with strength and extra motivation on the road to the World Cup.
