Media Accreditation: Kazakhstan vs Belgium
The match will take place on 15 November at Astana Arena, with kick-off scheduled for 19:00 local time.
Media registration will be open until 12:00 (Astana time) on 11 November 2025.
Applications received after the stated deadline will not be considered.
Accreditations will be issued personally, therefore all media representatives must attach a colour portrait photo (3x4 cm). Applications must be submitted individually for each journalist via the dedicated section on the official website kff.kz
To apply for accreditation, media representatives should:
-
Choose the event (match or other event for accreditation).
-
Provide full name, email, phone number, and media details.
-
Select accreditation type (writing press or photographer).
-
Include links to recent publications.
-
Upload required documents: ID card, 3x4 cm photo, and an editorial letter signed by the editor-in-chief or manager.
Official editorial letter on company letterhead, stamped and signed by the editor-in-chief or managing director
Applications which do not meet these requirements or submitted after the deadline will not be processed.
Accreditation badges will be issued at the pre-match media event on 14 November at Astana Arena (48 Turan Ave, Astana).
For questions regarding badge collection, please contact +7 778 281 81 26 (Seil).
Important Notice
Due to recent cases of accreditation badges being transferred to third parties, an official editorial letter on company letterhead, stamped and signed by the editor-in-chief or managing director, is mandatory.
Applications without such a letter will not be processed.
Each media outlet is limited to a maximum of three accreditations (two reporters and one photographer/cameraman).
Please note that the number of seats in the press tribune — and therefore the number of available accreditations — is limited.
All applications will be reviewed and confirmed individually, and approval will be communicated separately.
According to UEFA regulations, media representatives who are not official broadcasters, national association operators, or team technical staff are strictly prohibited from filming during the match.
