Shymkent Hosts Final UEFA C Coaching Course Module

08 April 2026, 14:51
The sixth and final module of the UEFA C coaching course, organised by the Kazakhstan Football Federation, is taking place in Shymkent.

The course is delivered in two phases: 6–8 April and 9–11 April 2026.

The final module focuses on individual and group tactics in attack and defence, as well as decision-making in situations involving numerical equality and superiority. As part of the programme, participants work on key principles in formats such as 3v2, 2v3, 3v3, 4v3 and 3v4, with a particular focus on decision-making, small-group interaction and team organisation.

A total of 46 coaches from Kazakhstan are taking part, divided into two groups. The programme is designed so that each participant takes on multiple roles — coach, observer and analyst — allowing them to develop not only practical coaching skills but also the ability to analyse game situations and provide professional feedback.

Theoretical sessions aim to structure knowledge and reinforce key principles of the game, while the practical component allows participants to apply their skills in conditions that closely resemble real match situations.

The module is delivered by KFF Technical Centre Deputy Director Nurzhan Abildaev and instructor-mentor Rustam Fardiev.

The final module represents a key stage in coach education and concludes the UEFA C course cycle. Participants will now complete final assignments and sit an exam covering the full programme.
