2023/24 Under-17/ Under-19 Euro qualifying draw
Mini-tournaments among U-17 teams will be held from July 1 to November 21, 2023. Among the teams under 19 will be held from 4 to 12 September, from 9 to 17 October or from 13 to 21 November 2023.

Euro 2023/24 among U-17 teams
In all 52 nations will be involved in the draw: the 54 entrants minus hosts Cyprus (who qualify direct for the final tournament) and top seeds Netherlands (who enter in the elite round).
There are four seeding pots in accordance with the coefficient ranking list. The 13 countries with the highest rankings are placed in Pot A, the next 13 in Pot B, and so on.
Each group is allocated one team from each pot, with hosts to be appointed to stage the mini-tournaments and will be determined later.
The winners of the two first places in the qualifying groups and the top five third place winners based on the results of matches with the first and second teams will advance to the elite round.
Pot A: Spain, Italy, France, England, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland, Hungary, Serbia, Sweden, Turkey, Denmark
Pot B: Scotland, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Poland, Austria, Slovakia, Croatia
Pot C: Finland, Iceland, Belarus, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Romania, Georgia, Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Wales, Montenegro, Luxembourg, Latvia
Pot D: Estonia, Faroe Islands, Albania, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Andorra, Lithuania, Moldova, Malta, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, San Marino
Euro 2023/24 among U-19 teams
The winners of the two first places in the qualifying groups and the best of the third place winners from the results of the matches against the first and second teams will join Portugal in the elite round.
In accordance with the coefficients, four seeding pots were formed: 13 teams with the highest ratings got into basket A, the next 13 teams went to basket B, and so on.
