KFF joins UEFA's international Licensing exchange programme

In total 18 out of 53 UEFA member associations were, whose work was highly evaluated by experts, joined the project.
As part of the programme, in October 2024, KFF Licensing Department paid a working visit to the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan to carefully learnt about the organisation of the licensing process, the evaluation system and the digital solutions implemented.
On 3 June 2025, a delegation of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan arrived in Kazakhstan with a return visit together with a representative of UEFA - Deputy Head of the National Associations Licensing Department Anna Polatovskaya. Two working meetings were held in Astana, during which KFF staff presented a number of key projects to their colleagues, including:
- Women's Football League
- Qyzmet Cup tournament
- Championship of Kazakhstan among amateur teams
- ALAN programme
In the second part of the visit, the delegation travelled to Almaty, where they familiarised themselves with the KFF national teams base in Talgar, as well as with the infrastructure of the FC ''Kairat''.
The visit will end on 6 June at Almaty Management University, where a final meeting with representatives of the educational and football communities is scheduled.
According to UEFA supervisor Anna Polatovskaya, the Kazakhstan Football Federation demonstrates a high level of transparency, methodology and sustainability in the field of licensing.
Following the meeting, KFF representatives received an official invitation to present their projects at UEFA headquarters, in Nyon on 3 July 2025.
