Registration Now Open for UEFA “B-Fitness” Coaching Programme
This course will be held in Kazakhstan for the first time. For fitness specialists and football coaches, it represents a unique opportunity to undertake training in line with European standards without leaving the country.
The programme has been developed and accredited by UEFA. The course will be conducted by leading domestic and international experts.
The participants must complete the application via the Kazakhstan Football Federation website, “Technical Centre” section, registration form, and submit all required documents in line with the admission criteria.
Minimum requirements for applicants:

A valid UEFA “C” licence or higher.

A university degree in Physical Education and Sport (Bachelor’s level).

At least three years’ experience as a fitness coach in football with professional or youth teams (11-a-side format).

Proficiency in the official language of the course (Kazakh or Russian), both spoken and written.

Submission of a full set of documents: CV detailing playing and coaching career, ID card or passport, certificates from a narcological and neuropsychiatric dispensary, criminal record certificate.

Medical clearance confirming no contraindications for practical football activities.

Ability to work on a regular basis as a fitness coach with a football team of the appropriate level in the Republic of Kazakhstan during the course.
Where candidates have equal qualifications, preference will be given to those working with Kazakhstan Premier League clubs and the country’s national teams.
The course is scheduled to begin in April 2026. Information regarding tuition fees will be published after the application deadline.
