New youth tournament Dutch Football Cup kicks off in Astana
The tournament will be held in five age categories: players born in 2013 (8v8), 2014 (7v7), 2015 (7v7), 2016 (6v6) and 2017 (5v5). More than 60 teams and around 600 young players will take part in the competition.
Outstanding players will receive special awards:
The Best Goalkeeper will receive a certificate for a specialised training course from the Dutch Football Academy;
The Best Defender will be awarded a certificate for a three-month PRO programme by the Dutch Football Academy and Total Soccer Method;
The Best Midfielder will receive a certificate for a three-month course focused on dribbling skills and technique;
The Best Forward will receive the opportunity to join an international intensive camp with TSM Academy (Netherlands) coaches;
The player recognised as the Talent of the Tournament will be invited to take part in the Toni Kroos Academy international camp, to be held in Kazakhstan in early 2026.
Dutch Football Cup 2025 is one of KFF’s strategic projects aimed at fostering the professional growth of young players, providing new development opportunities and encouraging international knowledge exchange.
