05 November 2025, 10:17
UEFA C coaching courses, organised by the Kazakhstan Football Federation, have started in Astana, Almaty, Aktobe, Semey and Shymkent.

The courses are being held as part of the Kazakhstan Football Federation’s Technical Development Strategy 2025–2030, in line with the standards and requirements of the UEFA Coaching Convention.

A total of 210 participants from all regions of the country are taking part – both current and aspiring coaches working in youth football schools, academies and clubs.

The course programme covers modern player development methodologies, training session planning principles, tactical awareness, technical skills, and understanding of football philosophy. Particular emphasis is placed on working with children aged 6 to 12, as well as on creating a safe and positive environment for young players to develop.

The training is delivered by certified KFF coach educators and mentors who have completed preparation within the national coach education system. Upon successful completion of all stages, participants will be awarded the UEFA C coaching licence, which entitles them to work with youth teams across the country.
