Shymkent to Host 7th Module of UEFA Pro Licence Course

The module is part of the elite coaching education programme and is aimed at developing the professional competencies of specialists working at the highest level.
The course will cover key aspects of modern football, including counter-attacking as a method of organising attacking play, tactical periodisation and weekly microcycle planning during the competitive season, as well as the integration of physical conditioning with the technical and tactical components of training. Particular attention will be paid to the psychological aspects of coaching, including leadership and player motivation.
The course is delivered in accordance with UEFA standards and is designed to prepare coaches for professional football.
