Hungary And Slovenia Host 2012 Under-21 EURO

The UEFA 2021 European Under-21 Championship finals takes place in Hungary and Slovenia. The decision was made by the UEFA Executive Committee in Dublin.

12 teams will take part in the final tournament. Both teams have already qualified for the finals as hosts of the tournament. The first youth EURO was held in 2017 in Poland. The second will be held Italy and San Marino in 2019. From 2000 to 2017, eight teams played in the final stage.
