Kazakhstan National Team Arrive in Kaliningrad

The Kazakhstan national team has arrived in Kaliningrad for the UEFA Euro-2020 qualifying match against Russia.

Last night, the team arrived in Kaliningrad. The flight from Nicosia to Kaliningrad took 4 hours.

There are a few changes in the squad. The Kazakhstani defender, Gafurzhan Suyumbayev, will not be playing in the match against Russia because of the yellow cards.

The pre-match events take place on September 8. The training session of the Kazakhstan national team is sheduled at 17:00pm. local time (at 11:00pm - Nur-Sultan).

Please recall that the match Russia vs Kazakhstan will take place on the night of September 9-10 at the Kaliningrad stadium. The match kicks off at 00:45 (Nur-Sultan time).
