Amina Bibosynova: “I aim to win the Champions League and get the 'Golden Ball'

- Amina, would you tell us how you were engaged in football, where did it all start?
- Since my childhood I played in the yard and at school. From the 7th-8th grade I started to go to the football trainings. Then everything went gradually, and after the first successes my parents began to take it seriously.
- You were also engaged in rhythmic gymnastics, taekwondo, but why did you end up more interested in football?
- Gymnastics was in my early childhood. Then I did taekwondo, but I had to stop because of Schlatter. When I entered high school, I wanted to play football. Playing in the yard with kids, I enjoyed both the emotions and the process.
- Your father four years ago said: "If it continues to develop and go further, I think that, God willing, the success of the Kazakhstani national team will be guaranteed. He has always believed in you?!
- I think so. Whatever I started to do, he always supported me.
- You are one of those players who plays abroad, and in Germany. Would you say that the level of women's football and organization there is ideal?
- I would not use the word “ideal” - there is no such thing as ideal. It all depends on how we look at it. But if we talk in general, then yes - the level, organization and attitude to women's football there is quite different. In Germany they invest a lot and develop women's foootball. But we should not idealize it too much.
- What are the peculiarities of the local league, what caught your attention first of all?
- The first thing is the level of play. No one should be underestimated. Even if a team is in last place, it doesn't mean that taking three points will be easy. Every team plays at a high level. Very clear organization: already in the pre-season we know the whole plan for the season - dates, venues, friendlies, opponents. And, of course, the fans. No matter what league - there are always fans. People really support their clubs, they come to the matches. This gives a great incentive and affects the development of football. I hope our fans in Kazakhstan will also attend all the matches.
- Would you tell us how about your transfer to FFC Turbine?
- I went to study in Germany, and the club was in the same city where I study. Through an agent I got to the preview and the club took me.
- How do you live in Germany in terms of everyday life?
- I have only one day off - Saturday. During the week - as usual: training, classes.
- Four years ago in your interview you said that the dream was to meet Cristiano Ronaldo, does it still exist or are there other priorities?
- Actually, I didn't say that. I guess the journalists themselves decided who my favorite footballer was and who I wanted to meet. But Cristiano Ronaldo is a fotball legend. I think, if there was an opportunity, everyone would want to see him.
