Alexander Keplin appointed as UEFA delegate for match FC Spaeri vs FK Austria Wien

Alexander Kepelin, the Chief Operating Officer of the Kazakhstan Football Federation, has been appointed delegate for the second match of the UEFA Conference League qualifier between FC Spaeri (Georgia) and FK Austria Wien (Austria).

The match will take place on 31 July at 21:00 (Kazakhstan time). Venue: Mikheil Meskhi Stadium 2, Tbilisi, Georgia.

Alexander Keplin has been a UEFA match delegate since March 2018. He has previously delegated matches such as APOEL (Cyprus) vs Celje (Slovenia), Hungary W vs Serbia W, and others.

The UEFA match delegate acts as the official representative of UEFA at matches, attends organisational meetings before the match and provides an assessment after the match. The delegate also coordinates the organisation of the match in terms of sporting, infrastructural and security issues.
