Five Kazakhstani Clubs Receive UEFA Licences for 2026/27 Season

On 17 April 2026, the Kazakhstan Football Federation’s Club Licensing Committee held a meeting to decide on the granting of licences for participation in UEFA club competitions for the 2026/27 season.

Licences for participation in UEFA club competitions among men’s teams were granted based on the sporting results of the 2025 Kazakhstan Premier League season, as well as compliance with UEFA Club Licensing Regulations. FC Kairat (Almaty), FC Astana (Astana), FC Elimay (Semey) and FC Tobol (Kostanay) have been granted the right to compete in European competitions.

In addition, based on the results of the 2025 Kazakhstan Women’s Championship and subject to full compliance with UEFA regulations, a licence to participate in the 2026/27 UEFA Women’s Champions League has been granted to FC Aktobe (Aktobe).
